Our Harvest Schedule is a list of which month you can expect to begin seeing some of these more popular items available at our farm!
We are in our 4th year since we planted our peach trees. We expect a partial harvest in 2024 beginning in mid June!
This bakery is located in Downtown Mt Airy and is owned by Amy Bryant. Amy bakes delicious sourdough bread and mini pound cakes that are sold weekly throughout the spring and summer in our produce stand. Black Twig Farm is owned by Jay and Audrey Lester in Stuart, VA. The lamb and pork products they raise can be found in The Farm's Produce Stand this year! Earth Roots Farm is passionate about bringing the community fresh, seasonal flowers grown with intention. Riverbend Creamery is located only about an hour and a half away in Lincolnton, NC. Their 100% Jersey milk ice cream can be found in our concession stand during our kids activity dates! PAC Family Meats is owned by Preston and Emily Cave in Dobson, NC. They raise delicious grass-fed beef that you can purchase at The Farm this spring & summer! We should have some roasts and ground beef patties to begin! You can learn more about their farm here:
While Lucky Penny Tallow isn't exactly "local" it is owned by busy mom and former dairy farmer, Ali Duivenvoorden whom I met in Texas at a conference! The Surry County Beekeepers Association (SCBA) is a chartered chapter of the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association (NCSBA). They provide local wildflower and sourwood honey to sell at The Farm as well as educational experiences to teach about beekeeping! Learn more about them here:
